Backed by an industrial group with expertise in cutting-edge technologies, Tame-Component has developed a unique approach combining a pragmatic vision of TRONICO’s EMS business with the know-how of a multi-sector electronics laboratory since its creation over 20 years ago.
The Tame-Component laboratory has been COFRAC accredited (testing) for over 10 years
Tame-Component also offers dual physical and administrative traceability, from the entry of batches of components to the results of the tests it carries out, ensuring a high quality of service.
Tame-Component offers a range of expertise to support its customers in their technological choices by validating the quality, reliability and durability of components over time in the specific contexts in which products or systems evolve (choice of components, characterisation and failure analysis, accelerated ageing, predictive obsolescence, etc.).
Tame-Component offers tailor-made solution packages that enable it to intervene at all stages of the industrial cycle, from the design phase of electronic products to the production and operational maintenance phases, according to the needs and specifications of its customers:
Research and innovation are central to the concerns of Tame-Component and TRONICO.
That’s why the laboratory has implemented a policy of continuous improvement within its teams, with a view to maintaining its high level of expertise and meeting the constantly evolving needs of its customers: in-house training, development of cross-disciplinary and varied skills.
Tame-Component is also a founding member of the PartLab network of companies, which enables it to extend its fields of competence and expertise (acoustic microscopy, for example).
Tame-Component, via TRONICO, has the following accreditations and certifications:
Ever since Tame-Component was founded, quality has been at the heart of its concerns. In a context of continuous improvement, the laboratory has developed its skills and adapted its organisation to obtain the certifications and accreditations that have become essential for guaranteeing the quality of all its processes to its customers.
In particular, COFRAC accreditation covers the following types of test:
Obtaining the ISO 9001 standard in 2004 testifies to TRONICO’s strong commitment to guaranteeing a high level of quality in its services and the monitoring of its customers’ projects.
The European EN 9100 standard attests to the reliability of TRONICO’s services for the design and manufacture of energy distribution and conversion solutions for the aerospace sector.
ISO 13485 is a globally recognised quality management standard for the implementation of regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and associated services (DIR 93/42/EEC, DIR 98/79/EC, DIR 2007/47/EEC and DIR 90/385/EEC).
