Quality policy
Quality management at TRONICO focuses on meeting the requirements of employees, customers and partners in order to achieve their satisfaction. Seven processes (governance, human capital, customers, suppliers, production, laboratory, development) govern daily life within a framework of continuous improvement, to invent and produce demanding electronic systems to serve our lives.
From safety rules to the implementation of audits to monitor and maintain the many certifications that TRONICO needs to address its markets, TRONICO’s teams maintain a continuous improvement approach based on QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control).
Continuous improvement
To achieve this, a 3-year strategic plan is drawn up, allowing for an annual budget with objectives, actions and dedicated resources. A quarterly Continuous Improvement Steering Committee, a fortnightly review for each department, and indicators monitored on a monthly, weekly and daily basis complete this daily QRQC system, both in France and in Morocco.
Deployment of the quality policy
Quality management is involved throughout the entire life cycle of your products, from design to purchasing and production, while guaranteeing traceability. By drawing on the main principles of Lean Management, regularly carrying out 5S projects and developing visual management, quality serves the zero-defect objectives of TRONICO’s high-reliability markets.
